Meet Stephanie from BB Lavender. Stephanie lives in Richmond, VA and has been making jewelry using polymer clay, metal, beads, and even geodes since August 2020. Modern art and fun textures tend to inspire her art the most and you can really see it in the art she creates. When this ambitious Virgo is in her creative space, she loves listening to music. She doesn’t stick to one genre or era – it is based on the mood that she is in that day.
BB Lavender specializes in organic and distinctive jewelry that combines a variety of materials, textures and shapes. Her creations definitely do the talking! “When I started working full time from home during quarantine, I needed a stress reliever. Making jewelry is relaxing and allows me to work the creative side of my brain.”

“I’m quite proud of my geode necklaces

“I share my life with two teenage kids, two dogs, and my husband of 27 years.”
-What makes your shop unique?-
“I favor modern designs and darker color palettes. Most of my designs include organic shapes, modern lines, or some sort of texture.”
-What is the story behind your business name?-
“My shop is named after my mother – Bonnie Beth Lavender – who gave me my love of crafts, art, and all things fashion!”
